We had to create a flexible custom zendesk app and integrate it into our multicountry backend systems. In addition, we had to do various customizations on custom ticket fields, ticket workflow, roles access, sms sending, templates of emails & sms etc. The guys from helpando have a really deep and broad knowledge of Zendesk and proposed excellent solutions to cater for our needs. The work process was also going very well: fast responses anytime, online "development <=> user testing" – very efficient. We were really happy working with them.
We had to merge two separate Zendesk services, each one containing a great deal of automations, triggers, macros, views, groups, etc. It seemed like a complicated undertaking to integrate both services smoothly, but thanks to Helpando, it was done in just a few hours. They were fast, reliable, and efficient.
